APPOINTMENTS

Clients are seen by appointment only, and is highly recommended to book several months in advance due to limited availability. Please ensure your hair is washed and clean prior to your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

  • Clients are required to notify their consultant at least 48 hours in advance to cancel their appointment.

  • I understand that unexpected situations arise, but if you’re unable to provide a 48 hour cancellation notice, a $50 fee will be applied.

  • If you cancel and reschedule, you will be charged on the number of weeks your retightening is overdue.

  • If you need to reschedule on the days reserved for your installation, AFTER it has already begun, a fee will be applied for the lost day. There will be a fee of $400 for the day missed and this fee will have to be paid before the installation can resume. I encourage you to make sure you have 2-3 days blocked off on your calendar so this can be avoided.

  • Installations are scheduled in 8 hour blocks each day. There will be two 30 minute breaks , one for lunch and another for dinner. The times can be flexible once discussed between the client and the consultant.

    COURTESY CALLS

  • Clients that will be running 15 minutes late MUST call in advance to see if your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Clients that will be arriving later than 15 minutes, may have to have their appointment canceled if the estimated arrival time conflicts with other clients and their schedule.

    DISCLOSURE OF USAGE

  • Divine Locks and Mane reserves the right to photograph all work for demonstrative purpose.

    MEASUREMENTS

  • A tape measure is used to measure sections of your hair to determine length and pricing. It is recommended to have your hair trimmed before locking your hair.

    SMOKING

    Smoking is NOT allowed in the building.

    PAYMENT

  • Payment is due in full prior to your consultation/Installation.

  • CASH or ZELLE are the two payment methods accepted.

  • For a Sisterlock™ and Microloc installation, 20% of the payment is due at the time of booking your appointment . This is to secure the clients date. Divine Locks & Mane closes 1-3 days of business for your scheduled installation. This payment is not refundable.
